Applications

GUNJCRYL – 830 is a pure acrylic co-polymer in the form of solution. This is very low foaming dispersant in solution form and is specially used for dispersing variety of inorganic pigment and extender in aqueous system. It can be used to disperse pigments and extenders in low, medium and high PVC paints. When used in the paints system, it gives good tinter acceptance, gloss, scrub and storage stability to the derived paint.

RECOMMENDATION FOR USE

GUNJCRYL – 830 is recommended to be used during mill base preparation. Pigments and extenders should be loaded slowly for better dispersion. For maximum efficiency the recommended pH of the system is 9.0 to 9.5

220 and 50 kgs material packed in HMHDPE drums.
